Now Hiring: Lead Floral Designer / Production Manager

- Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

- Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 / hour (based on experience)

- Schedule: Weekdays, alternating Saturdays, peak holidays, and event weekends

What You'll Do:

- Design: Create custom daily arrangements and hand-tied bouquets in our signature style.

- Production: Process fresh flower shipments, manage cooler inventory, and keep studio space organized.

- Operations: Open or close the shop, process customer orders, and manage daily workflow when the owner is away.

- Customer Care: Assist shop guests in person and on the phone with exceptional service.

Qualifications:

- At least 4 years of retail floral shop experience.

- Strong skills in bouquet arrangement, color selection, and floral mechanics.

- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage daily production.
